All three restaurants operate under Village Hospitality LLC, solely owned by Logan McGrear. The design, photography, menus, and written content on this site are protected and may not be copied, redistributed, or republished without express permission. Logos may be used only when referencing our restaurants on other platforms or marketing event listings.

Please note: Certain brand elements, including colors, patterns, and design elements, are owned by Divinely Guided Studio and are not permitted for reproduction.

2. Website Behavior

We ask that all visitors use the website respectfully. Misuse of contact forms, submission of false information, or inappropriate messages may result in restrictions or refusal of future bookings.

3. Reservations & Cancellations

Online reservations are welcome, and you may book on behalf of a group or someone else. However, all cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential booking limitations for future events. Bands and private event inquiries are subject to approval and availability.

4. Payments

At this time, we do not collect payments through the website, but some event bookings may require a deposit. If that occurs, you will receive specific instructions and terms related to cancellation or refunds.

5. Copyright Notice

All menus, photography, and text across our websites are the intellectual property of Village Hospitality LLC and may not be copied, altered, or used elsewhere without permission. Visual brand identity (colors, fonts, layout) was created by Divinely Guided Studio and is protected under creative ownership.
